Bedenktijd

U heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. U heeft na annulering nogmaals 14 dagen om uw product retour te sturen. U krijgt dan het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten gecrediteerd.
Tijdens de bedenktijd zal u zorgvuldig omgaan met het product en de verpakking. U zal het product slechts uitpakken of gebruiken in de mate die nodig is om de aard, de kenmerken en de werking van het product vast te stellen. Het uitgangspunt hierbij is dat u het product slechts mag hanteren en inspecteren zoals u dat in een winkel zou mogen doen.

 

Kosten voor retournering

Enkel de kosten voor retour van uw huis naar de webwinkel zijn voor eigen rekening.

 

Herroepingsrecht

Indien u gebruik maakt van uw herroepingsrecht, zoals benoemd staat in onze Algemene Voorwaarden, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en – indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk – in de originele staat en verpakking aan bjornnelissen.nl geretourneerd worden. Om gebruik te maken van dit recht kunt u contact met ons opnemen via bjorn@bjornnelissen.nl.

 

Terugboeking van uw orderbedrag

Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van uw retour terugstorten mits het product reeds in goede orde retour ontvangen is. Zulks ter beoordeling van Bjorn Nelissen.

 

Artikelen die niet geretourneerd kunnen worden:

  1. Volgens specificaties van de consument vervaardigde producten, die niet geprefabriceerd zijn en die worden vervaardigd op basis van een individuele keuze of beslissing van de consument, of die duidelijk voor een specifieke persoon bestemd zijn;
  2. Textiele producten die gebruikt of gewassen zijn na ontvangst van de bestelling.
  3. Digitale producten zoals E-Books en bureaubladachtergronden.

Reflection time

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. By cancellation of your order, you will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs (at the lowest shipping rate avaialble).
During the reflection period, you will handle the product and packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. You may only handle and inspect the product as you would be allowed to do in a store.

 

Costs for returning goods

You need to pay for the shipping costs which apply for sending the goods back to the address of bjornnelissen.nl;.

 

Right of Withdrawal

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, as stated in our Terms & Conditions the product will be returned to bjornnelissen.nl with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Refund of your order amount

DewyCreations will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. Such at the discretion of Bjorn Nelissen.

 

Products which cannot be returned:

  1. Products manufactured to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;
  2. Textile products that have been used or washed after receipt of the order.
  3. Digital products such as E-Books and desktop wallpapers.
